FORUM, CHAT AND GENERAL USER BEHAVIOR

1.1. You have access to reading and posting in the forums.

1.2. Advertising in the TATABUX forum is prohibited. This includes using signatures with banners for other sites, attempts to gain referrals, offering money or exchanges of any kind.

1.3. Accusations, threats, intimidation, and any disrespect against TATABUX or its members will lead to the immediate suspension of your account.

1.4. Misconduct and disruptive behavior can lead to your TATABUX account becoming suspended. Referrals and earnings will be lost.
USER ACCOUNT

2.1. You are allowed to have only one account at a time, anyhow if your family members or friends looking to open separate accounts by using your computer/IP address, in this cases, there's up to "3" accounts allowed to use from the same IP address/household. Do not try to create more than "3" accounts, If you do so, all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited.

2.2. Inactive accounts are removed after 30 days or 1 month. Account termination is irreversible and all balances will be forfeited.

2.3. Your upline cannot be changed.

2.4. We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.

2.5. Since your password is to be kept secret, we do not have access to view your password. If you forget your password you will be sent an automatically generated password. In the event of someone hacking your account, we hold no responsibility. Keep your information secure.

2.6. Your email address will never be given out or sold to anyone.

2.7. Accounts are not transferable.

2.8. TATABUX will not make any changes to user accounts based upon member requests.

2.9. Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a unique email address.
REFERRALS

3.1. You must not send unsolicited email.

3.2. You can use any service to make offers to your referrals for joining the site or staying active. Promoting PTSU or Paid to Sign-up offer is allowed and accepted in TATABUX.

3.3. We sell referrals and duration is lifetime. Referrals are limited and no Guarantee of their level of activity is provided. Referrals for sell are real humans who clicked ads in the last 24 hours.

3.4 To avoid cheating our site and to maintain our stability, you can only have 50% of your CONCURRENT Direct Referrals from the same country irregardless of your membership status. The following computation shall be applied:

DIRECT REFERRAL - 50% of the number of Direct refs from the same country versus the PRESENT number of Direct referrals irregardless of membership status.

Example:
10 Concurrent DRs - Only 5 DRs are allowed from the same country
20 Concurrent DRs - Only 10 DR's are allowed from the same country
50 Concurrent DR as standard - Only 25 referrals are allowed from the same country.

NOTE: ONLY MEMBERS WITH A MINIMUM OF 10 DIRECT REFERRALS ARE SUBJECT TO THIS TERMS. And This term of Service doesn't apply to rented referrals.
ANTI-CHEAT POLICY

4.1. It has to be stressed that auto-click software of any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.

4.2. Each attempt, in any way, to hack the system will result in immediate IP blacklisting. There will be no warning or discussion regarding the matter.

4.3. Cheating is 100% not tolerated.
PAYMENTS TO USERS

5.1. You will be paid by Payza , LibertyReserve and SolidTrustPay.

5.2. We are not responsible for payments requested using wrong emails. Make sure to enter the correct payment information at the time you request payment.

5.3. The minimum amount paid is determined upon membership level.

5.4 Payout Processing durations may varied for each membership level, you can check this in your upgrade page.

5.5 You are Required to Upload your payment proof screen shot in our forum, otherwise you can't request your next payment.
ADVERTISEMENTS

6.1. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, have adult or illegal content, contain racism, etc. Advertisements purchased that contain above mentioned items will be removed and will not receive refund.

6.2. You are not allowed to target or choose specific membership types or countries.

6.3 We have the right to modify your advertisements.
PAYMENTS TO TATABUX

7.1. We accept payments from Payza , PayPal, LibertyReserve or SolidTrustPay.

7.2. We Support Only Verified PayPal Accounts to make Payments to us.

7.3. You can use even Unverified Payza/SolidTrustPay accounts to make payments.

7.4 All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

8.1. Users using false information when registering risk having their account suspended.

8.2. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including misuse of the system, violation to the Terms of Service, cheating, and fraudulent activity.

8.3. Suspended Accounts cannot be appealed.
LIABILITY

9.1. We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program.

9.2. We can make changes anytime in click rates, upgrade rates, and withdraw fees or upgrade features.

9.3. TATABUX will not take any responsibility for claims made by advertisements nor members of any kind.

9.4. TATABUX reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without notice.
REFUND POLICY

10.1. Refund policy, disputes and charge backs

All Paid Trasactions and/or invoices are not refundable.
Any payment investigation, reversal, dispute or charge back will lead to a temporary account suspension until the case has been resolved.

10.2. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
